SHEPHERD’S WAY HAS THREE LEVELS OF VOLUNTEERISM
LEVEL 1 – LEADERSHIP
LEVEL 2 – BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION
LEVEL 3 – PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT & SUPPORT
AT LEVEL 1 INDIVIDUALS VOLUNTEER TO SERVE ON OUR BOARD OF DIRECTORS OR TO BECOME AN OFFICER OF THE CORPORATION.
AT LEVEL 2 INDIVIDUALS VOLUNTEER TO WORK IN BUSINESS OPERATIONS AS MANAGERS, MANAGERIAL-LEVEL DIRECTORS, STAFF OR STAFF ASSISTANTS.
AT LEVEL 3 INDIVIDUALS VOLUNTEER TO WORK IN OUR PROGRAMS.
