There are always sad things to see (like a sick person strung out on dope, with a loved one begging them to ‘come home’ or to get help.). Needles and more needles. Trash.
Affordable housing isn’t the only reason for this. Addiction plays a role.
Should we turn our backs on this and pretend it doesn’t exist? Too many people do. And, so goes the world….
