ABOUT US
Operating through Christian values, Shepherd’s Way extends a helping hand to those who are trying to survive homelessness living outdoors in the elements with no shelter, food, water, or adequate clothing. For those who are facing such difficult circumstances, our organization offers the following:
Homeless Outreach
Shepherd’s Way provides a year-round outreach for the unhoused homeless. No matter the weather we are out on the streets or at parks or homeless encampments looking for people to help.
Programs For Unhoused
We provide two programs for the unhoused homeless: ‘Help With Basics’ and ‘Coats and Boots.’ ‘Basics’ operates year-round offering food, water, clothing, tarps, tents, and hygiene items, while ‘Coats and Boots’ operates in the cold months providing warm winter apparel and footwear.
We also have a program to assist needy children. ‘Help The Kids’ provides winter hats and gloves/mittens to children living in low-income situations.
Partners Program
Through our ‘Partners Program’ we offer food, water, clothing etc to homeless shelters and resource centers. This helps them to stretch their budgets and to provide needy individuals with an even greater opportunity to receive assistance.
